Do travellers need to download an app from the App Store?
No. Journee opens as a link in whatever browser the traveller already has. If they want an icon, the trip walks them through adding it to the home screen: two taps on Android, three on iPhone. Nothing is submitted to Apple or Google, and anyone who would rather not install it just keeps using the link.
Does it work without internet or a local SIM?
Yes. Once opened, the trip is saved on the traveller's phone. The itinerary and key travel information stay available with no mobile data or wifi, which matters most just after landing, in a tunnel, or in a basement. The app clearly shows when a saved version is being viewed, so nothing is quietly wrong.
Whose brand do travellers see?
Yours. Your agency's name, logo and colours appear throughout, including the home screen icon and the trip name. Travellers see your company, not Journee.
What languages are supported?
English, Chinese and Malay today, covering the itinerary, destination guides, instructions and the interface itself, not only the buttons. Travellers choose once and it follows them for the whole trip. Further languages are added as your groups need them.
How is traveller data handled under PDPA?
Journee collects the minimum needed to run a departure. Pre-departure checklists stay on the traveller's own device and are never reported back to the agency. Full data handling terms are provided in writing before a pilot begins.
How much work is it for my operations team?
You send the PDF, Word document or itinerary email you already produce. Journee builds the digital trip. Your team reviews it in the editor and changes anything, and nothing reaches a traveller until you approve it. You keep your existing workflow.
What size groups does it suit?
Roughly ten travellers up to two hundred and fifty or more. Below ten, a trip is usually personalised rather than run as a group departure.
